Imported Czech Saaz, the original Pilsner hop, is a true noble hop and
the backbone of Pilsner Urquell. If you want to make an authentic
Pilsner, Czech Saaz is the only choice. There is no acceptable domestic
substitute. Very mild with pleasant hoppy notes. Real Czech Saaz is
rarely available to the homebrewer.
