Make this full-bodied Octoberfest/Marzen as a lager or an ale by changing the yeast. Ale comes with Fermentis T58 Dry Euro Yeast or WLP011, the lager with Wyeast 2206XL, but then requires temperature controlled fermentation. SG of 1.060, 5.5% alcohol and about 18 IBUs of bitterness. Difficulty: Advanced.
