You can make this as a lager or an ale by changing the yeast. Ale comes with Fermentis Dry T58, the lager with Wyeast 2206 but then requires temperature controlled fermentation. SG of 1.066, 6% alcohol and about 18 IBUs of bitterness.

Difficulty: Advanced.

Requires a Mini Mash, nothing to be afraid of just another step.
