Willamette hops, a healthy amount of light crystal malt and a touch of chocolate malt are the keys to this beer that is similar to those found in British pubs. Includes Nottingham dry yeast, but for an even more authentic taste use Wyeast 1968XL London ESB liquid yeast. SG of 1.045, 4% alcohol and about 33 IBUs of bitterness.

Requires a grain bag. Difficulty: Easy.
