Although we now carry a full line of brewing supplies and equipment, that doesn't mean we're paying any less attention to our hops. They are still packaged in our nitrogen-flushed SuperBarriertm bags that protect the hops 10 times better than standard oxygen barrier bags and thousands of times better than standard plastic (like zip-lock) bags. Each bag is marked with the crop year, alpha acid percentage and the total oil content. And our hops are stored at -10oF to keep them absolutely fresh.
This same level of dedication is evident throughout the rest of our brewing supplies and equipment. We won't carry an item unless it meets our high standards of quality, no matter how popular an item might be. We have tried to bring you a selection that is not only wide-ranging and high in quality, but in some cases we have products that are unavailable anywhere else.

Note: NEW Shipping PolicyWe ship most everything UPS (Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, military post offices, APO/FPO addresses and US Territories go by priority air mail and we have a variety of options if you live in any other country). Shipping for most orders is the actual UPS shipping charge (with a $7 minimum). If part of your order is backordered, we don't charge shipping again when we finally send you the balance of your order. Exceptions: If you live where we have to use the mail (Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses) or in another country, we charge the actual shipping costs plus $5.00 handling regardless of your order size, including backorder shipments.
