Similar to our Best Bitter kit, but with more malt extract (and therefore more alcohol) putting it in the Extra Special Bitter category. Note that this beer is a real ESB and nothing like a Redhook ESB. Comes with Nottingham dry yeast, but Wyeast 1968XL London ESB is available for a more authentic flavor. SG of around 1.060, 5.5% alcohol and about 33 IBUs of bitterness.
Requires a grain bag.
