We are Roberto and Jade. Roberto is an award winning homebrewer, at the craft for about 7 years. Before we bought the shop he brewed twice a week so has LOTS of brews under his belt. Jade has been brewing for a year. He does all grain, she does Extract.  We use what we carry and carry what we use......we are just drunks with keys to the toy chest!
