 Made from 60% wheat malt and 40% 2-Row, a fairly standard ratio of wheat to barley. The wheat comes from the Pacific Northwest and the 2-Row is Briess. Makes a dandy wheat beer by itself, or use our fruit extracts for a great fruit beer.
